The political dimension in the life of Bediuzzaman Said Nursî

Abstract

He lived Said Nursî a long life which has witnessed the most important events and changes that the Islamic world has ever known during the second half of the nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century, where a contemporary of the deadly weakness of the Ottoman Empire stage, also saw the elimination of the Islamic caliphate process and the subsequent fierce attack on the doctrine of Islam and organized, that this attack relatively fell by the Islamic awakening that Nursi was one of the pioneers and leaders in Turkey.
