Abstract

After the end of the Cold War and the fragmentation of the former Soviet Union، the world system witnessed what was called unipolarity in favor of the United States of America. The end of the twentieth century was marked by the control of the United States of America over the world as a superpower، but with the beginning of the twenty-first century the world witnessed the rise of a group of international powers From different regions of the world known as (rising powers)، these forces are distinguished by the fact that they carry the project of competition for international status، represented in the largest emerging economies، whose emergence would have caused a major change in the map of the distribution of forces in the international system.
