Abstract

This study deals with the subject of as long as filled press and media circles,it's made the courts to get involved on according to a clear approach to achieve justice and ensure the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, namely, the self-regulation of the press and protection of human rights policy, and that as a study in the mechanics of achieving a balance between the  privacy right and freedom of the press, This study attempts to provide a prominent model for press ethics, beginning with the process of historical - political - and legal rooting, the relationship dialectic between the people's right to freedom of expression and opinion, as an entitlement to benefit the journalists and the underlying fundamentals of the profession press, and what has been approved by national constitutions and laws and international conventions and instruments Rights, to protect the  personal secrets within the general right to privacy.

The clear objective of this study, namely the creation of a modern vision of the press, up to be this vision a cause to commemorate the important idea in the field of journalism, namely the (self-regulation of the press), and an appeal highly to call idealism and dedication to the development and consolidation of journalistic principles that nurture democracy and respect for human rights, not only in the media but in all areas of social life.
