Abstract

Water security is one of the most important axes of national security for any country, and the importance of water security and climate change emerges as one of the strategic topics related to national security and national security, especially as it affects the existence and lives of their peoples, entity and sovereignty, and because water is the most basic resource beyond borders, countries seek to secure enough water to ensure the continuation of their development plans, so countries enact legislation for water to be considered a national asset.
