Abstract

The liberal school which sought to build its intellectual model (paradigm) in political analysis, analyzes human political activity at the local, internal and international levels and identify motives behind that activity. Internally or internationally, setting binding standards to meet basic and primary human needs and interests that cannot be achieved, stabilized or sustained except by those agreements, treaties, rules and laws.

Since the beginning of the last century, with the beginning of the formation of the international organization, many vital and important topics and life matters have been put on the table of this organization to turn into an agenda, rules and normative elements through which many factors and variables are controlled in order to achieve a safer, stable and appropriate environment to achieve tranquility and development and to address any developments Negative and is in the bud. Thus, the issues of human freedom, human rights and women’s rights were raised as not only ideal and basic moral human issues, but also part of the vital life interests associated with peace, its sustainability, stability and tranquility, and closely related to security, economy, growth and progress. These aspects were also considered as criteria and elements of examination, testing and evaluation of the ideas, orientations and behavior of political forces as significant joints and indicators and a preventive approach to block the path of negative forces and trends with regard to peace and security.

The hypothesis of the study stems from the idea that: advancing women’s issues and giving them precedence with other human rights issues and make them a binding normative element at the level of international organizations and at the level of countries, and this positively reflects on the level of acceptance, spread, and the level of application, and women’s assumption of leadership positions, and then its positive reflection on the issues of cooperation and peace construction, progress and development; Rather, it is a sure indication of the entry and interdependence of women's issues in a direct relationship with issues of politics and international relations according to the liberal approach. Our research paper is a preliminary study to explore an important criterion that has begun to be adopted in international relations, stemming from the extent to which women participate in political, economic and legal decisions, which constitutes an indicator for the development of countries in recognizing the role and influence of women as an equal element to men in shaping political and humanitarian decisions, in a manner that enhances the security of security requirements. Peace and the adoption of diplomatic and economic approaches and the connection of this approach with the issues of the liberal school in international relations. The issue of defending women’s rights is no longer only a noble, ethical human issue that has received increasing attention from civilized human societies and a vital issue for the present and future of the family and for a large part and a wide sector of society striving for a normal, normal life free from problems and knots, but it is also an issue with a dimension in the political field In international relations, as it has become a normative element, its importance and prestige is rising alongside other human rights elements in the foreground, including human rights, which have become codified, documented and monitored international obligations after humanity realized the importance of the idea of human rights normative and obligations in ensuring a secure and stable environment. We believe that preserving and developing women’s rights, developing women’s capabilities and capabilities, addressing the inequity against them and the various disabilities and challenges that arise in the way of obtaining their rights and increasing the space for their presence. International campaigns are an educational and media organization to make a leap in awareness and culture through which backward primitive societies with culture and distorted ideas will accept all these modern ideas, which will enhance the issues of cooperation and peace in the world.
