Abstract

 

Saudi Arabia has an important strategic location, as it shares land borders with eight countries, in addition to being one of the largest oil producers in the world, and a member of OPEC. This has made China attach great importance to Saudi Arabia. If it has become China's first trading partner, Saudi Arabia has sought to strengthen its position, as it has adopted Vision 2030, through which it seeks to transform Saudi Arabia from a country dependent on oil exports to a country dependent on diverse economies, such as tourism, technology, economic transformation and other fields. This vision is consistent with the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative, which has led to strengthening the partnership between the two countries and increasing cooperation between the.
